Is this certification recognized by NAR or state boards?

CREIS is a professional designation that builds credibility with clients. While not a NAR designation, it demonstrates specialized knowledge in real estate investing. We are working towards accredited continuing education.

How long does the training take?

Do I need special licensing or additional insurance to work with investors?
